We are taking our commitment to safety to a new level that goes further than Zero Harm, with new and or improved policies, standard specifications and procedures that will assist us to achieve a healthier, safer and more environmentally friendly workplace for the well-being of all.

The expectation is widespread, with all employees and contractors having a role in achievement that is embedded into our management systems and processes and influences everything that we do.

All Swift Group operations maintain safety management systems that are aligned to OHSAS18001 or AS/NZS 4801. This includes the introduction of Swifts integrated business strategy and planning processes, risk management, near-miss reporting, and our 14 HSEC standard specifications. The effectiveness of our programmes is enhanced through significant increases in HSEC resources and increased investment with a particular focus on operational consistency and quality.
